Why does Mooo need the camera?

Mooo uses the front camera to notice when your hand stays near your face. Everything happens on your phone. No video is saved or sent.

Does Mooo work in the background?

No. iOS doesn't allow camera use in the background, so Mooo works while the app is open. Prop your phone up and keep it plugged in for longer sessions.

The cows react too often or not enough

Open Settings in Mooo and move the Sensitivity slider. It changes how close your hand has to be and how long it has to stay.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Mooo. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

I got a new phone. How do I restore my subscription?

Install Mooo with the same Apple Account, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases.
